Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Fla., Milhoan spent most of his youth studying jazz music and attended North Texas State University on a scholarship. He played lead trumpet with Stan Kenton's 1979 Tour and appeared with Woody Herman and his Thundering Herd. After a car accident left him unable to play, Milhoan re-directed his creativity into acting.
On the small screen, Milhoan starred in the comedy series Something So Right, landed the leads in two television movies The Princess and the Marine and A Loss of Innocence and recurred on 3rd Rock From The Sun as the high school gym coach. He has also made a number of guest-starring appearances in series including That '70s Show, Providence, X-Files, Arli$$, The Drew Carey Show, Home Improvement, Seinfeld, Coach, Murphy Brown, Two Guys and a Girl and 7th Heaven, where he played the father of a child with Tourette's Syndrome.

Josh Wise [ Official site ]
Born in Dallas, Texas and raised in McAllen, a small town in the Rio Grande Valley, sixteen-year-old Josh Wise makes his series-starring debut in Do Over. Josh plays Pat, a socially conscious teen, who is Joel’s best friend. Josh describes the set and cast of Do Over as 'my favorite of all the projects I’ve worked on. It is a great show and the cast is wonderful. It’s very fun!
Josh became interested in acting while taking theatre arts in junior high school. Josh won the Best Actor award in his school’s competition two years in a row for his roles in I Never Saw Another Butterfly, which was based on the Holocaust, and Close Ties. His mother, seeing his talent and desire, rewarded him with acting classes in Austin and Dallas. During those classes he was ‘discovered’ by a casting director who introduced him to a manager. His manager encouraged Josh to spend some time in Los Angeles auditioning for roles.
On his first trip to Los Angeles, in 2001, Josh booked a starring role in the WB pilot Murphy’s Dozen. In addition he landed guest-starring roles on Frasier as a rival spelling champion competing against Frasier’s son and as a love interest to Lizzie on Lizzie McGuire. In 2002, Josh auditioned for and landed his role in Do Over.
Josh and his family recently relocated to Los Angeles. He lives with his parents, sister and brother. When not working, the high school junior enjoys skateboarding, playing drums and paintball.
Natasha Melnick
Recognizable from her series regular role in the critically acclaimed series Freaks and Geeks, Natasha Melnick stars as Joel's quirky high school friend Isabelle in Do Over. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Calif. Melnick began acting in school plays for fun, but her early focus was on her schoolwork rather than the stage. Fate intervened when a casting director came to her middle school scouting new talent for the Disney film The Parent Trap and tapped Melnick for a small role. It was her first professional audition.
Bit by the bug, Melnick began pursuing an acting career in earnest. She appeared in guest-starring roles on several television series including 7th Heaven, Judging Amy and Undeclared. Melnick's big break came when she was cast in Freaks and Geeks as the cheerleader Cindy, every boy's object of desire. Other roles include starring opposite Patty Duke in the movie of the week Miracle on the Mountain, and appearances in the feature films Go and Orange County.
Melnick currently lives with her family in Los Angeles and, when not working, takes every opportunity to enjoy her second greatest passion...snowboarding. She also plays guitar and is the lead singer and songwriter for her band One Last Run.
Angela Goethals
Angela Goethals is a multi-talented performer with credits spanning television, film and the stage. Goethals stars as Joel's wild older sister in the back-to-the-'80s comedy Do Over. Goethals was born and raised in Manhattan, N.Y., and was introduced to the world of acting by a family friend, actress Jeanie Hackett. She took Goethals to several auditions where she landed her first professional job at the age of 9, as the understudy to Sarah Michelle Gellar in Horton Foot's off-Broadway play The Widow Claire.
She has worked steadily since then and received an Obie Award and a Drama Desk nomination for her role as Edna in The Good Times Are Killing Me. Goethals also starred in the series Phenom produced by James Brooks and has appeared on Max Bickford, Madigan Men and The Tracey Ullman Show.
On the big screen, Goethals is best remembered for her role in Jerry Maguire as Kathy Sanders, the client of Jerry's who fakes her tears when he calls to inform her of his departure from the agency. She has also played the big sister to Macaulay Culkin twice, first in Rocket Gibraltar and then in Home Alone. Goethals was also seen in Changing Lanes, Storytelling directed by Todd Solondz and in V.I. Warshawski. She is currently filming the comedy Chicken Club as a college senior lobbying to major in human sexuality.
A graduate of Vassar College with a degree in French and the great, great granddaughter to the chief engineer of the Panama Canal, Goethals recently relocated to Los Angeles.
Penn Badgley [ Official Site ]
At 16, actor Penn Badgley is seemingly destined for a distinguished acting career. Rather ironic then, that in his first starring role, Badgley's character has the unique experience to travel back in time in order to alter the outcome of his destiny. As the lead of the acclaimed new Warrent Littlefield-produced, WB comedy series DO OVER, Badgley portrays a 34-year-old salesman who, through a freak accident, has the opportunity to return to the early '80s to re-live his freshman year in high school and change the outcome of his thus far unsatisfying life.
Though life began for Badgley in Baltimore, he split his formative years between Richmond, VA and Seattle. It was in there that he became actively involved in the Seattle Children's Theater and voice-over work that eventually lead he and his mother to Los Angeles where he had secured an agent.
Upon relocating, he landed a coveted guest star role on WILL & GRACE. Shortly thereafter, recurring roles on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, THE BROTHERS GARCIA, and DADDIO followed. He most recently filmed a guest spot on The WB's WHAT I LIKE ABOUT YOU. Film work includes the provocative yet acclaimed indie THE FLUFFER.
When not honing his acting craft, Badgley attends Santa Monica Community College, having already completed his California High School Proficiency Exam. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, soccer, skiing, snowboarding, singing, and playing the guitar.
Do Over
Thirty-four-year-old Joel Larsen is an unmarried, dissatisfied salesman when a freak accident jettisons him 20 years into the past to his freshman year of high school.
Now, back in 1981 with his 34-year-old mind trapped in his 14-year-old body, Joel (newcomer Penn Badgley) has the unique opportunity to make things turn out differently, both for him and his embarrassingly dysfunctional family. The ultimate wish-fulfillment comedy, Do Over proves that sometimes it does take a boy to do a man's job. Josh Wise, Angela Bethany Goethals (Storytelling), Gigi Rice (The John Larroquette Show), Michael Milhoan (Something So Right) and Natasha Melnick (Freaks and Geeks) also star.
